Our display devices are manufactured to the highest level of precision and with extreme care and attention in our own works where we employ only experienced specialists. Manufacturing operations adhere to a production plan and test schedule which enable us to rule out practically all sources of error. This manufacturing workflow is further supported by specialized technical instructions and device drawings which include parts lists.

In our production operations, we use only high-quality components such as the measuring instruments that form the heart of all our display devices and are manufactured in Germany by Prefag. All the mechanical parts that we use are also sourced from German manufacturers.
Our display devices can be supplied with robust sheet metal housings, housings made of special, hard-wearing plastic housings with fire protection class UL, standard 94 V-0 in accordance with DIN IEC707, VDE 0304T3-FVO as well as aluminium housings.

During the final inspection, the customer’s connectivity is simulated before the manufactured display device is assembled, tested and adjusted as required. The measuring instruments used for this task (calibration equipment) are permanently monitored in order to guarantee an absolutely precise display result.

All our analogue display systems are, subject to our technical capabilities, manufactured individually to meet each customer’s requirements and we are also able to cater for a wide range of scale layouts. This extensive range of individual customer requirements means that we are not able to keep any devices in stock. We are therefore usually able to deliver within 3 to 4 weeks following receipt of order. Naturally, we are also able to arrange for shorter delivery times to cater for urgent requirements provided that the individual components required for manufacture are available.
